Based on order No. 136 issued by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan on 22.02.2017, a decision was made to improve the housing conditions of the population by constructing multi-apartment buildings in the Surakhani district of Baku city. According to this decision, the project was assigned to "MIDA" LLC under the State Housing Construction Agency under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The building’s structure is designed with reinforced concrete. The exterior walls are constructed with limestone, while the interior walls are built with hollow bricks. The ventilated facade of the building was cladded with ceramic granite material. The total area of the building is 4,946.67 m², including a basement floor area of 939.81 m².
To ensure optimal temperatures in the polyclinic building’s rooms, a VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) system has been installed, with the system’s outdoor units placed on the building’s roof.
