The new facility includes a health center complex, four villas with pools, six smaller villas, three two-story and three-story administrative buildings, and other utility and administrative buildings.
Additionally, there will be a restaurant, a radon facility, and treatment plants. These are planned to replace unused buildings from an old site spanning 34 hectares, situated 2,300 meters above sea level. The project also includes supporting service buildings and infrastructure to enhance the facility's functionality.
