The construction of sports and assembly halls, two water reservoirs, and an outdoor sports facility, as well as the repair and renovation of educational and dormitory buildings of the No. 10 Sanatorium-Type Boarding School in Pirshagi Settlement, Sabunchu District of Baku city, has been carried out by our company.
The buildings and structures repaired by our company are located in the Sabunchu district of Baku city and cover an area of 4.85 hectares. The site includes a 4-story educational building, a newly designed 1-story assembly, and sports hall attached to this building by structural joints, a 3-story additional educational and dormitory building for children connected by 2-story passageways, a 1-story dining hall, and a connecting passage building that links the dining hall with the dormitory building. Additionally, there is a 2-story teachers' dormitory, a boiler house, and a transformer substation on the site.
A drainage sewage system has been designed and implemented along the entire fencing of the construction. The facades of all buildings have been developed in a modern architectural style and cladded with "betopan" facing material.
